I had my worries after reading some of the negative reviews about OK Tire in Brandon, but all I can say is I am extremely satisfied with the service and friendliness of Shawn that greeted me when I walked in for my appointment this morning. I called a couple days ago looking for specific all weather Michelin tires and they booked me in for Friday morning knowing that I had the 2-hour drive coming up. I’m pretty sure my car has no dent and scratch when i brought it in for a tire swap but after 1 and half hour of waiting just notice this big dent and scratch after the service. Just a customer that has no choice but to ignore it when no one wants to admit it even if there is a cctv. Filing a complain here will take long and it’s not free. Its more stressful😅
