Ok Tire put some new tires on the front of my car, I walked down to starbucks while I waited and they were done in about 40 minutes.
Excellent customer service here, good communication, very professional. They were able to fix the issue with my vehicle fast.
Yet again these guys prove why they are the best! Not only are they the friendliest and offer the best customer service, they were very thorough and honest about what needed fixing on my car. Another well known nanaimo mechanic shop wanted me to pay twice what I was charged at OK Tire for work I didn't even need. I will trust every single vehicle I will ever own to these guys. Nico, Kevin, Richard and Clayton, you and your team are outstanding!
