I had a wheel alignment done there this morning. Great service. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely go back.
Called in, got receptionist was greeted, receptionist stated I was coming in and out. I moved to a room where I get better signal. Receptionist hung up. Total call time including ringing was 29 seconds. Ring time was approximately 3-5 seconds, time to move to the other room was 10 seconds. Talk time was about 14. I called back, and stated it was rude to hang up, then she chewed me out.
We were far from home when we noticed our front tires were bare to the wire on the insides! Stopped in at OK Tire in Pembroke and had the nicest customer service. We were fortunate that they had tires on site that fit my truck and that they were able to change them out later that day. Extremely happy with the service and work done!!
