Car was damaged while being serviced. It was repaired back to it's original state. However, the communication to make arrangements for repair were very poor. The first courtesy car we got was full of dog hair and the fuel tank was empty. The second courtesy car we got had an empty fuel tank as well. When the car was finally repaired OK Tire was hesitant about reimbursement for fuel. They did pay us back the next day. Just a poor job overall by the person in charge. These guys are actually smart mechanics, and have great service.
I was driving from Vancouver to Ontario. My truck broke down on TransCanada. The guys at the shop totally helped me making room to put me back on the road. Even with their busy schedule....Thank you very much for your service!
