Great service Thank you Cole and Ed!!
I have been going to Ok Tire for a few years now and was surprised to find a narcissist at the reception of this one. (Always had a 5* experience at my previous locally owned OK Tire location) She was rude, lacked empathy and made up a procedure about warranty on tires (I can bet she has never dealt with a warranty claim with the tire brand) I seldom leave a bad review. Took my business to Kal tire where they knew exactly what they were doing and were happy to tend to the warranty claim and provide me with tire options.
Amazing staff
Went with the sole purpose of getting a tire fixed and a tire rotation - ended up walking away with a new set of brakes and an oil change aswell! Madi in the office was super nice! Good experience!
