Good service, pretty fast too
Bad customer service !!
I had my first real experience with the manager of this store yesterday. ive known for many years since the days that I use to deliver parts here for Napa that colin was an arrogant person. but ive seen first hand that he doesn't value his employees. My brother worked the past 2 years for him, hes gotten hurt on the job (it can happen to anyone) and colin tried to deny his workers comp claim. my father recently suffered a couple of strokes, colin refused to give my brother any holiday pay for the time he took off to be with ... read more
If you get new tires mounted they will put in nitrogen without asking and charge you an additional $50. If you complain that it was not offered or requested they will refund you and claim it was a mistake that it was not asked. Greasy move to boost sales as not everyone will notice. Every vehicle waiting for pickup the day they did it to me had nitrogen filled evident by the green caps. Don't trust them and don't believe the owners response to this review.
