My truck was in for an oil change. The lady at the desk had my brakes changed without my consent. I call it in and now the front desk Al laughs and hangs up the phone. Worst service ever!! I do not recommend these people to anyone. The witnesses over hearing the convo are stunned.
Had emerg blow out. These guys stepped up and got it down in timely manner. Great job
I got an appointment for the car within 2 days. I have consistently taken my car to OK tire for several years. Any issues with replacement parts is dealt with quickly. Trust that a good job will be done as per quoted.
Where do I start. Had an appointment for a tire REPAIR which took over an hour. Cost me over $50 AND they damaged my rim in the mean time. Will NEVER go back
Awesome, customer service is great and super welcoming. Truck was done in the matter of 15 - 20 minutes
