As an out of towner needing new tires last summer, I went here based on a friend's recommendation. The shop was crazy busy, but super organized, with a team of people that clearly enjoyed working together. The front desk service was great, I was shown my options and didn't feel at all railroaded, and they managed to squeeze me in the next morning. After receiving very bad service at canadian tire. Once I had my tires changed at OK tires and the service I received from the staff was very good and which makes me to go further to check for the engine light for my Hyundai elantra sport with various tuning and modifications. The technician Justine was able to figure out the actual problem in the car which was a boost leak and fixed it in couple visits for the same problem.
