extremely unprofessional behaviour all around, especially from the woman at the front desk. held the family vehicle for well over a week on a simple tire change, then returned it with completely different (and noticeably rustier) rims. exactly the service most have come to expect from OK tire cranbrook :)
After I did some work on my truck I need a alignment so I took it to ok tire, they notified me my lower ball joints were bad and wasn’t safe to do the wheel alignment so I drove my truck home (no charge for the first attempt). I put new ball joints in and they were able to get me back in promptly and I must say I’m pleased with the quality of work, truck drive straight and the steering wheel is perfectly aligned. Front end staff is friendly and good at communicating, Overall a great experience. Thanks!
Went to get my winter tires changed over and was blown away by the quality of service. The shuttle took me to my workplace right away after I dropped off my vehicle (faster than my coworker could come pick me up!), I was given helpful updates about the state of my tires/brakes despite not asking, and the price for all this was shockingly low. I almost never write these kind of reviews but this business absolutely deserves it. Will definitely come by again in the future.

Very efficient, replaced summer tires on my rims, got us in quickly, did a great job....staff really nice
