They took the appointment and while making the appointment I gave them more Info on the task at hand then the average person could give seeing as a wrench on the side my self. Apon arrival they were really trying to talk themselves out of the job because of the looks of the vehicle. I was on a long road trip when my muffler became disconnected, have never used their services before. Fortunately we got ahold of Eric and they were really busy but understood my circumstance and had me in and out in less then 45 minutes.
