For the new tire 5 stars! For the rest of the work they did to my car two stars! Replacing the tie rod end and doing the alignment after 4 days! They supposed to call me for another day to change the tie rod and the alignment in same day.
Super helpful staff, really went the extra mile.
Amazing shop. Quickly got my tire fixed with no appointment. Unlike Canadian Tire in Kincardine which were rude and showed zero interest in customer service. Highly recommended this shop for any repair on your vehicle.
I have dealt with Kinfarm OK Tire for at least 30 years now (following in my dad's footsteps) and I know I will always recieve great service and quality workmanship. Last night my wife's car decided to shut down on her and they were able to get it in first thing this morning to diagnose the issue. You cannot ask for better service then that!! Thanks Adam and the entire staff for always looking after me and my family.
