I booked an appointment here to have my wheels aligned, I got there & they said they didn’t have an appointment for me. It seems to be more of a daycare for the receptionist then an auto repair shop.
had power steering pump replaced twice last year. a year later winter time comes around and my pump is leaking again.
Made an appointment on Monday for alignment and tires for Friday. Showed up and they didn't have my tires and totally screwed me. I had time off that's why I made the appointment for that week. Now I have to take time off to get tires. Thanks for costing me more time headache and money.
Wont ever bring anything there. They put 5ply tires on my three quater ton pickup and told me they were 8 ply. Was a joke all the way around. Wouldn't balance my tires right, didn't change out valve stems, waited 2 hours for the to change tires out.
Big Fan of Tool the orange cat. Should be considered for Employee of the month.
