Must over watch or they will not do it correctly. Had TireRack ship rims and matching metal valve stems to OK Tire. I had to work. Sent a friend with shipping invoice and quote estimate. Explained all items on shipping invoice and instructed them to make sure OK Tire verifies everything came in and correct. I returned from work and rubber valve stems were installed. I asked why. Scott Grehl's punk employee gouged my wheel patching a nail in my tire. Scott Grehl refuses to fix my wheel and told me he has a sign on his door stating that he is not responsible for damage to customers vehicles. Don't risk Scott or one of his punk employee's damaging your vehicle and Scott telling you he isn't responsible. He is a liar and a coward. Take your vehicle somewhere else.
