5 stars. OK Tint Plus was incredible from start to finish. They took great care of my car and the quality of the work is phenomenal. You can tell they take pride in what they do. They explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect, which made the whole process easy and stress free. Also have to give a shoutout to the young lady at the front desk, she was awesome and set the tone right away. Super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend.
Their lobby has a sign saying that due to dust particles in the air they can’t guarantee that none will get trapped under your tint. That’s a complete cop out because duh there is dust in the air that normal people aren’t equipped to deal with that’s why we take it to the professionals. They also damaged my quarter panel, windshield weather strip, and didn’t install my cowl molding properly. My tint also has waves in it. The receptionist was very kind and made great recommendations! I ended up having my windshield replaced and all my windows re-tinted as the old tint was damaged and bubbling. I dropped the Car off at 9am & it was ready at 11:20am the same day. Exceptional and FAST service. WILL be using this location in the future for my other vehicles. Thanks again!!

Went to ask about my warranty on my tinted windows a Hispanic girl that works the front desk that wears her hair back was very rude and had no customer service skills . I ask to speak to supervisor she ask why did I need to speak to a supervisor I told her because she was being rude to me for no reason then she she would talk to him and I wasn’t allowed to . She will be very rude to you if you ask ask questions so be ready
