Mine is about 4 years old. It's not flush to the ground. The inside has a nickel size rust spot. The door locked itself but they came out to fix it by tying wire to the locks to keep them from rattling shut. Overall, it gets the job done but it lacks detail for 5K.
Absolutely horrible experience. First off the communication was awful, Jerry wouldn't return calls for days. Was told that there was "no pleasing" us because the shelter was installed incorrectly and we wouldn't accept money off. The reason we chose them was to have a shelter that was flush with the ground due to small space it was being put in. The had Ark Wrecking remove the shelter and we were under the impression that it would be reinstalled, but were told by men removing it that the contract instructed them to fill and ... read more
