We rented an RV from okay RV this summer 2025. I think it's fair to say the experience was definitely not OK. The owner, Sheldon , was not very pleasant on the phone every time I called to deal with issues. He was very short and wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible. After a couple of phone calls I asked my husband to deal with him because it seemed like Sheldon didn't want to talk to me. I'm going to state facts rather my opinion here in an effort to inform other guests what to expect when they give their business to OK RV: June 29th: we were charged the full rental of the RV including $300 for the generator 4 weeks before the rental. My wife contacted Sheldon, the owner, and explained that we didn't order the generator. He said we would probably need it but if we don't want it the charge will come off at the end of the rental. Great experience everything was extremely clean. The owners were very friendly and accommodating for our family. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice vacation.
A Masterclass in How Not to Run a Business I almost never write bad reviews. Usually, if a company treats me poorly, I just take the loss and make a mental note to never deal with them again. Excellent service from Sheldon, stayed and waited for us at the pick up yard. Very reasonable rates. Neat clean little trailer with everything we need except TP..lol
