Garage pourtant recommandé par la CAA, mais une déception totale. Le service à la clientèle est extrêmement nonchalant : le garagiste m’a raccroché au nez. Il semble très peu impliqué auprès des clients. De plus, le garage n’offre pas de service de carrosserie, ce qui complique les démarches. Les coûts de main-d’œuvre sont presque équivalents à ceux d’un concessionnaire, sans pour autant offrir la même qualité de service. Bref, une expérience très insatisfaisante. Je ne recommande pas ce garage.
Bon garage, bon pneu, bon service
I had a flat tire emergency, and OK Pneus was the closest shop. I went there for a minor puncture, and even before I could tell the attendant that I can't move my car without damaging the tire - he brushed me off telling me he has no time for me today, "go look around other shops". With this kind of hostile attitude and approach to a customer in need, you are definitely not getting a customer of convenience (setting up regular appointment). What a terrible experience.
Bonjour, je n'ai même pas eu l'envie d'aller chez eux après ma conversation téléphonique pour prendre un rendez-vous, j'ai eu le sentiment que je le dérange avec mon appel, et il me parlais d'une manière comme si il va me faire ça gratuitement
