While driving west across Canada, we experienced a blowout on our RV. We called midday and spoke with Alex, who took excellent care of us. He ordered the tires, mounted them, and got us back on the road the same day. Outstanding service from Alex and the rest of the team!
Traveling across Canada, our RV had a blowout on the highway. Service writer, Alex got us back on the road with minimal delay. When I called, Alex understood my dilemma, suggested the tires I needed, got them ordered and installed quickly. Alex has a vast knowledge of the products, explains options in terms the customer understands, and demonstrated sincere care and understanding for our needs. Alex is a fine asset to this business. This is the place to go for your automotive needs.
