I'm extremely upset about getting my haircut at this place. I trusted the hairstylist to be professional and knowledgeable. Another reason I chose this place was because they're Thai like me, so I expected no communication issues in explaining what I wanted from their service. However, the staff member insisted I wash my hair with her, despite me mentioning I had washed it the night before.
