Absolutely horrible place, drivers please check reviews before loading. Supposedly load was ready and still no door after 4 hours

Their service is very poor. If you come to them to get a load in the morning, they can do it in the evening or at night. Very poor service. They don't even give a single star. I don't know how their rating is three. One. I don't know. Their service is so rubbish. Their service is very poor. The worst! Friendly people but I arrived at 1415 for a 1500 apt. Didn't get loaded until 0430 the next day. Cost me my whole next day! Layover or detention doesnt even come close to what I could have made. These people need to get it together but they probably won't because this has been going on for a long time. I won't be back but im sure some other foreign driver will sit here all day.
