OK Corral was 100% excellent to work with. Customer service is fantastic, very hands on, communication is great & the installation time was accurate + on time. We highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs. Very professional & customer service oriented.
Story time! I was trying to get carpet added to a wooden ladder I built with my father, and I tried going to multiple carpet shops but they all refused a job this small. When I brought it up to OK Corral they were more then happy to take on the task. They worked with me to find a good color match for my needs! From their they took measurements, marked out on the rungs where the carpet would be, and went to work. OK Corral installed carpeting in our house. They communicated with us through out the entire process, answering all our questions and concerns. Installers were professional and quick! Highly recommend!
I have used Ok Corral flooring twice now for carpet in two different homes. A few years ago and just a few days ago again. Each time was awesome. Went and picked samples. Everything was available and priced very fair. Carpet was delivered and installed exactly how they said it would be. Never had an issue with the quality of the carpet or the install! Plus they are a local family owned company with a warehouse in Mesa as well.
