Went in with the intention of buying 2 pairs of boots. When comparing boots the store person (tony) shouted “don’t mix the boots up” which was totally fair enough. We ensured the two pairs of boots we were looking at were put back in the correct place. 5 mins later he then shouted at us again very rudely telling us not to mix up the boots. I said yes we were being careful just looking at the boots to which he then continued being rude shouting you can’t keep picking boots up. Avoid this store!! From the moment my partner and I walked in, the male shop attendant’s behaviour felt off. When I asked to try on women’s boots he repeatedly pushed me toward men’s styles instead, insisting they’d be more comfortable. He moved a chair from the usual try-on area into an awkward, cramped spot in the aisle for me to sit on, which was unusual and weird. Fui hoy lunes 23/03/2026, queria comprarme botas y el vendedor en Gastown tuvo tan mala disposición que no pude realizar la compra , solo me ‘atreví’ a llevar un cinturón y necesitaba asesoramiento porque no era para mí , preferí comprarlo e irme rápido, parece que no necesitan vender
