Avoid this store!! From the moment my partner and I walked in, the male shop attendant’s behaviour felt off. When I asked to try on women’s boots he repeatedly pushed me toward men’s styles instead, insisting they’d be more comfortable. He moved a chair from the usual try-on area into an awkward, cramped spot in the aisle for me to sit on, which was unusual and weird. Fui hoy lunes 23/03/2026, queria comprarme botas y el vendedor en Gastown tuvo tan mala disposición que no pude realizar la compra , solo me ‘atreví’ a llevar un cinturón y necesitaba asesoramiento porque no era para mí , preferí comprarlo e irme rápido, parece que no necesitan vender

Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I had a disappointing experience at the Gastown location. The interaction started off well, as the employee who helped us (Paul) initially seemed friendly and welcoming and overall knowledgeable.
