I would not recommend this store to anyone!!! I went there to exchange a bag a of hair for a different color and the woman behind the counter (had to be black) had an attitude saying I didn't know what I was doing and the color isn't going to match. Mind you I have died my hair before and it came out beautifully with the hair extensions. She kept refusing to do anything I asked of her, all the while rolling her eyes and sighing under her breath. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY. My grandmother and I tried to exchanged 2 bottles of color that I had bought 30 min. earlier and they would not give us the $7 difference because we exchanged it for 1 bottle instead of 2. The two men insisted that they could only give store credit. My grandma explained that she is from Chicago so that was not going to do any good. One of the men became very rude with her and refused to give her the refund. They say it is the policy, but any decent run business... read more
