Very organized, clean store with pleasant customer service. They carry a good variety of items. I do think the prices are a bit high but that might be the going rate for a stand alone retail store in Carson/Torrance area compared to Inland Empire area such as Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga. I also like that they have Korean skincare items and hair cellophanes in both natural and funky colors. They also carry cute hats, wigs and extensions. I originally went in to buy hair, but I ended up only purchasing a set of nails. I had also picked out a bonnet and a nose ring, but when I got to the register, I noticed I was being charged incorrectly. The cashier charged me twice for the nose ring at $3.99, even though it was only one item and the price was supposed to be $2.99. Thankfully, I caught the mistake before paying. After that, I no longer felt comfortable buying the other items, so I put everything back except the nails because I really liked them. My advice is... read more

I’ll actually never come here again. Two women were talking prior to me walking inside, once the door bell rang they stopped talking and looked at me with utter silence.. As I continued walking inside i saw what type of hair i was looking for so I headed over there, still silent.. didn’t see the one I needed so I headed towards the door. Still silent..No greeting or anything. The energy wasn’t it.
