Summary: don’t buy the labor warranty/extension, whatever it’s called, and don’t expect assistance (or even courtesy) unless you’re spending. I won’t go back again, not for a rotation, flat repair, or anything else that I’ve already paid for. They are unkind and unpleasant and, as a sales tactic, they successfully got my money without having to do anything for it. They simply make you feel as unwelcome as possible and hope you will leave.
