Terrible experience!! Spent about 20k on a used car. 3 days later the check engine light comes on and shuts down. Ok AUTO refused any support of any kind. Stay away from these guys!
I wouldn’t trust these guys again! I worked with the fellow named Emir and a guy named Arturo! I flew up to purchase a vehicle that they’d promised would make it back home 700 miles away and then the transmission blew in the first 5hrs of my drive back home! I called them back and tried to figure out why the car just crapped out and they kept pointing fingers to other people and saying they don’t know anything. The same thing that people are saying in the comments happened to me. They supposedly give you a 6-month warranty on the engine and transmission, but the car's transmission broke down the first week I bought it. They said they'd send you to a shop to have it checked and that the warranty people would come, but in the end, they didn't fix anything. You call them and they don't answer anymore. They're a terrible dealership. Don't buy from that place.
I don’t usually like to talk about my business but I feel this needs to be said. I have been dealing with the guys at OK Auto for few years. I’ve purchased a truck and a car and purchased another one approximately 9 months ago. I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle and have let them know more times than I care to count.
