Installed a new mail box post. Professional and courteous crew that did a great job. On time as promised. Competitive price.
Drivers are incompetent and they drive angry. Can't imagine they do a good job. However I hope I made this jerk late, and maybe fired. Pro tip: If you are incompetent, and drive angry, them perhaps not do it in a company truck.
Got quoted $320 for them to come change out 2 of my ceiling fan fixtures. Nick came and changed out one (and did a great job), but turns out I didn’t have the correct parts to hang the second fan. Because only one fixture was replaced instead of 2, I asked if we could update the invoice and it was updated to $300. I asked if this was correct since it’s only $20 less and Jay said yes because of the “expertise and knowledge provided that the second fan wouldn’t work” ….??????
