Got quoted $320 for them to come change out 2 of my ceiling fan fixtures. Nick came and changed out one (and did a great job), but turns out I didn’t have the correct parts to hang the second fan. Because only one fixture was replaced instead of 2, I asked if we could update the invoice and it was updated to $300. I asked if this was correct since it’s only $20 less and Jay said yes because of the “expertise and knowledge provided that the second fan wouldn’t work” ….?????? Jay fixed our issue with our siding so quick. Great customer service. I will definitely use him a gain for repairs I can't do on my own!
Jay did a fantastic job! He was responsive, punctual, and incredibly efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my old garbage disposal and had the new one installed within an hour of arriving. Professional, courteous, and clearly skilled at what he does. He also left the workspace clean and tidy. I’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects—highly recommend!
