Took my mother for a follow up. We were a bit early, office is closed until 1:00. Receptionist arrived 5 til 1 but told us and the other elderly couple waiting in 90 degree temp we had to wait. Rude is an understatement to how the girl was. They are still requiring masks and for a dementia patient that is hard in my mom. Canceled appointment after being rudely told we needed to wear masks or pay a dollar each for theirs. Horrible physician. Unfriendly, doesn't answer questions, doesn't explain anything, and wait time is ridiculous.
