Very disappointing experience. The shop first told us the repair would cost about $1000, but after finishing the job they charged $2500 without proper approval. Prices should always be confirmed before doing extra work. Be careful and make sure you get a written estimate before repairs.
OJD Trucking Ltd. repaired a trailer light issue and said all lights were working. During night driving, the rear lights stopped again. The wiring was not properly secured. The problem returned too soon.
OJD Trucking Ltd. checked the truck and said there was no serious issue. However, the warning returned shortly after leaving. The problem should have been properly diagnosed during the first visit.
After inspection he said everything was fine. Shortly after getting back on the road, an engine oil warning light came on, forcing us to stop. Another mechanic later found low oil and a small leak that had been missed during inspection.
