I dropped off my tax return before the deadline for 2026 Taxes April 15th. Heard nothing from this business, I had to email this week to ask about what was going on. They responded to my email saying “they weren’t able to help” me with no clarification. It’s almost the end of May now I had to call and ask what happened and was told they had taken on too many clients for this Tax season and their solution was just to mail me back my documents. Non ethical practice PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE

Strongly do not recommend. My mother used them for years, but since she passed away we have had nothing but problems. Charged me double what they had in previous years for the same return, and gave me no warning. When I asked about it Jeetendra was dismissive and rude. I would have just left it, but since then, I was informed that they had neglected to inform me of forms I should have been filling out for the last 11 years, leaving me open to thousands in fines and potential jail time.
