One of my favorite local sushi restaurants A great little place! They serve great sushi at decent prices and the portions are perfect. I've gone to a lot of other sushi restaurants before and their rolls tend to be too big for just one bite, but here it's perfect. My favorite is the Alaskan roll, absolutely delicious!

Very good Sushi! Great Sushi bar area. It's small but cozy and service is impeccable. Ambiance is warm and friendly. Try the sukiyaki and the sake! They have great lunch specials cheaper than dinner!
Excellent Japanese Food When I first walked into the restaurant, I thought it was a lot nicer than I expected. They give free salted edamame (soy beans) and it was reasonably priced in comparison to other Japanese restaurants. The sesame chicken was unique, but delicious and the salad sauce is really good. The unagi (fresh water eel) roll was great and came with 8 pieces for about six dollars. The sauce is salty if you put too much, but is delicious otherwise.
Best Local Sushi Spot – I've been going to Oishi for years and I was a little nervous when they changed ownership but it has done nothing but improved. The sushi chefs always remember my name, and the things I like. The sake selection is great and the fish is always fresh and the atmosphere fun! Say Hi to Jackson and Ben and order a Sushi Pop (salmon, tuna, yellowtail and spicy sauce rolled in thinly shaved cucumber and served as a cut roll)
Huge Portions and Great Prices We've been going to Oishi since they opened. They have the biggest portions that we have ever seen in a sushi restaurant.They recently changed ownership, but I think it made the place even better. It was redecorated, and the owner frequently comes by your table with samples for you to try. Be sure to try the Oishi Roll!
