We had completely wrong diagnosis. Also testing was delayed by 5 days... they not professional, especially Radiology and orthopedics. Go to Cleveland, if you don't want to get two treatments for the same problem
This place sucks they made me and my 8 months pregnant wife wait 2 hours passed our appointment time on our wedding anniversary and we missed our dinner reservation, when. I asked they said they double booked 2 people at the same time, don’t come here.
EDIT The communication is horrible, they don’t return phones calls you have to HOUND them for ANY answers. They tell you they will call to schedule an appointment… no, you have to call 50x to get someone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. They want a bill paid but won’t give you a diagnosis. Was here recently with my son, everyone was so nice and Patti the doctor we saw was very nice and welcoming. We did have a minor wait but that’s to be expected. Hopefully the rest of this process goes smooth!
Been waiting days, meaning over a week for someone to contact my daughter's pediatrician back. Only so that we can start a new medication to help her control ADHD. We have left messages and even called, but no one has done anything. Worst service ever. Plus don't see the same person every time. Makes it very difficult to build a rapport with a doctor that understands the case!
