Questionable Business Practices: This company has accepted payments for three paintings I ordered in June 2021. Since then the company has chosen to not communicate with me regarding the delivery. Recent attempts to get an answer to the question, when to expect the delivery of my order, remained unanswered. This is a very unprofessional business conduct.

We feel duped. FAR from museum quality as advertised. These are the same quality as one might find at boardwalk “art galleries”. Ordered 4 paintings for a vacation home. Paid over $1,000 & waited nearly 4 months w/excitement for TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Did not expect to confuse an expert; but did expect high-end renditions to compliment an elegant room. The two paintings that I had ordered just arrived and were definitely worth the wait. I was very impressed with the artist's work and the quality of the frames. They arrived well packed and in excellent condition. I was so impressed that I just ordered six more paintings. From, the first day I placed my order for three beautiful paintings on December 27th 2019 until they arrived by motor freight today I have been overly impressed with the quality, care, and customer service I received from oilpaintings.com. I had to wait several months for my lovely paintings to arrive - well worth it. I have seen several excellent sales from oilpaintings.com, but wanted to wait until I saw the quality of the first pictures that I ordered. They are beautiful! I will certainly be back for more . . . although I am waiting for the next sale :-)

Above and beyond satisfaction from OilPaintings.com! My painting is breathtaking and absolutely exquisite! You could tell from the painting that the artist is meticulous and has an eye for detail! I recently ordered two paintings from OilPaintings.com and both exceeded our expectations. The quality is definitely "museum quality" as described. Great customer service. First let me just say OilPaintings.com is an awesome company to work with! They were always there to answers questions, give guidance, ideas, and help with selection. We ordered two enormous 72x48 oil paintings of the popular Lake Como and Italy scenes and they came out Sensational!
