Called twice to try to get information or sales of sintered vents. Was given a list of distributors, one of which I had already called but was unresponsive. These vents are very good quality and expensive. Worth the cost, maybe not the headache trying to get them. Oiles could easily have helped by making calls or just selling direct. Instead, they fell back on policy and were upset because I was not "cool."
