It was our first time to Door County and the oilerie. Neil explained how the samples worked and explained the oils to us. We then purchased some wing sauce and chocolate covered almonds that looked like olives. He told us a good joke to do with them and when we're about to leave he mentioned some local restaurants to try. (It was about supper time). Love their 25 year balsamic! Just got the avocado oil and white balsamic this weekend and they are both great purchases - made the best salad dressing. Excited to experiment more with them!!
