A one star is actually two much. The shipping department has left drivers sit for 6 plus hours waiting to be loaded. Then being told first come first serve does not matter after they do the shift change at 2 p.m. that's with a 1 p.m. appointment time. And at 7 p.m. still waiting to be loaded while other trucks are literally pulling in getting loaded and out the dock door an hour after arriving.
