My fellow drivers, this place is a joke. Checked in 12 pm 1pm appt. Called for a door at 3:30 pm, the door they gave me is on the receiving side however that’s not the issue, the issue was that there was a trailer in the door they gave me, waited 45 minutes for them to get it out the door. Been in the door for about an hour, 4 hours of total waiting and still no loading. This place is terrible

Arrived at 5pm they stopped at 2pm for check in. SMH sign clearly say 9pm
This is " One of Those " locations...that the Site itself and some workers ruin it. Positive first...the Office Clerk who handled paperwork...very friendly. The site manager who assisted with issues....Great. To the Young Yard Driver...it was a pleasure talking to you Young Man. Negatives: site one entrance coming and going on an very active train track. This also a 2 lane road rual Mississippi busy. Strongly recommend you stop in New Albany at the Pilot and call ahead to ensure train is not doing a switch at your appointmen... read more
