Used to be very reliable but this year during that brutal cold snap we had I ordered on a Monday and come Wednesday no money had been withdrawn from my account and my emails went unanswered. I finally put them on blast and someone finally got back to me and I was told that "sometimes things slip through the cracks" Terrible customer service

The lady on the phone is extremely rude, not just unhelpful, but openly unpleasant, like basic politeness was personally offensive to her. Every word out of her mouth came with attitude, as if doing the bare minimum of her job was a personal burden. If indifference and hostility were job qualifications, she'd be employee of the month.

Horrible Service now no heat water in tankOil got delivered late on the 1st not a problem. During the snow storm went out back of garage to check my gauge. Cap was never put back on tank after oil was delivered aprox 3 weeks eariler Called because we had rainy days an snow storm an the freezing temps.lady said dont worry if I have a problem just call. Yup coldest night woke up no heat. Called she said I have someone call you back. Still waiting no call back. Had to call another company to come out an fix the heater that day ... read more

As was said in other reviews the office staff have rudeness when corresponding with customers. Deliveries were on time but a word to the warning. Monitor your Oil Deliveries. I called for a Tank fill in November but I only received 3/4 of a Tank. I did not make Oil Depot aware of this until Jan 2025. I was told that tanks don't register Full. This is not true because I ordered from another company this morning and got a full tank. The only thing that I can think of is the Oil pricing. Oil was cheaper in early November and pr... read more

The friendliest most efficient oil business in the area. They have been keeping me warm for seven years running when no one would even talk to me due to a 25 year old credit issue. I am so glad I called them. I have had a couple emergencies and Oil Depot experts fixed my burner and got me up and running within hours. Bravo to the folks in the office and the delivery drivers. They are the best Ive encountered in over 45 years of oil heat. Thanks guys.
