Absolutely Horrible!! Wife needed some air in her tires, the guy that helped was all good. The other guy who came out after, not sure if he was the manager or owner or what, he was an absolute jerk! He told the young man helping her to flatten all of her tires to teach her a lesson!! Not only that, he proceeded to preach to her and push his god fearing nonsense on her. On the way out his parting words to my wife, "dont to be a naughty girl because god is watching!" Never again!!
These guys are awesome! They take care of our oil changes on our 3 vehicles, all our inspections and most recently fixed an engine coil and did a full tune up on my BMW! My 20 year old car is running like new!
I have used oil depot for years. But within this last year I have had two costly bad experiences with them. One was AC compressor $850.00. Not fixed. Next power steering leak $500.00. Not fixed. I don’t recommend this place for anyone with car issues. I have nothing good to say about this place anymore. It has changed for the worst.
I can not say enough good things about this place. They are kind, honest, and well priced. I once had an electric cable for a wheelchair ramp that I no longer use tear and just hit the floor. I stopped there, and the main guy took the time to remove the whole thing it out for me. I was so afraid it might cause a fire. When I tried to pay, he did not charge me. That was so kind of him. I’ve been going to Oil Depot for many years. I trust the work on my vehicles and have not been disappointed. I had an extra warranty on my SUV and my total bill was one fourth of the cost I would have paid if I used my warranty. I recommend using them on oil changes and major work. I since have canceled my extra warranty on my two vehicles. 🚗 I travel from Rockwall and worth the travel to not be unsatisfied . Give them a call if you cannot reach them try again they are busy but will get back to you. 😀
