The train left late, absolutely no need to show up early like the website states. They added two train cars so it took forever! First class air conditioning was 66 degrees and everyone was freezing.
It was an interesting trip. We bought first-class tickets and drove for over two hours to get to the train. The train left the station a little late, and after all the announcements were made, a guy was giving some background and history along the way. On the way back, the engine broke down, and we had to abandon the first-class car, move into a regular car, and wait for another engine to tow us back.
