Just visited oil changer 301 in Dublin California. Taken care of by Renee who performed all services professionally and swiftly while explaining each service. She made sure I received my military discount when she noticed my "Veteran" insignia. I drove away knowing that my vehicle had been serviced as well if not better than the dealer I had previously used.
Lousy service, Avoid at all costs. – I brought my truck in for radiator servicing. The staff noticed a problem with my radiator, and did not call me to inform me, they just changed the fluid anyway, and then charged me 83 dollars so I could drive the truck across the street and find out the radiator was bad and needed replacing. I would've thought that if they discovered a problem, they would notify me before continuing.
