Everyone that we have talked to has always been very friendly and kind and listen to all your concerns and they always answer anything they can to make sure your car is right. I have have been going to them a while now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very friendly and it’s my go to place now.

Worst shop ever!!! I came in for an oil change and left with a broken down car! Express lube put the oil filter in incorrectly. Isn’t their job to do oil changes correctly!?! Less than 20 miles driven and I had to be towed and have another shop repair the damages that they caused. The response was not a refund but I could get a free oil change! What type of idiot do you think I am!?! Who in their right mind would go back to a shop that can’t even do a simple oil change!?! Stay away!!! They are negligent and will cause damage... read more
I was there today because I thought they overfilled my oil however the guy was so rude I may not ever go back! Whoever was working at 3pm on 2/2/18 was very rude and unprofessional. The person that was working on 1/29/18 was very nice. One rude employee can really hurt a business. I would love to find out who the owner is so I could make a complaint.
These guys are fast and friendly! They will help you with whatever they possibly can. I've never met an employee who is not efficient and helpful. This location is the only place I trust with my vehicle.

Visited there today with my BMW. I asked the mechanic what type of oil they used and he explained that the Owner owns a oil refinery. He was going to use the wrong kind of oil for the car. My car takes synthetic oil. I started to think about it and I believe they are using the recycled oil in these cars. That is fine but I want the correct oil that is recommended for my vehicle and I am sure other that go in that store does as well. I will not go back because of this.
Fast, well prices, and friendly. What else do you need for a quick and simple oil change. I look forward to the days when these guys will have uber style payments and you just roll in, turn on some music, enjoy a cold drink, and roll out. Until then these guys get the job done and there are rarely longs wait times - we've chamber out oil here at least 8 times over the years.
Poor Customer service. I had my oil changed here on 11/27. Everything was fine until the next day. As I was driving down the highway the oil drain plug fell out and oil started pouring onto my exhaust system. Luckily no damage was done to the engine as I was able to shut the car off in time, pull over and watch the oil drain out. I had the car towed to a local shop and they confirmed that it was the oil drain plug, put more oil and a new plug in, and told me to make sure I got my money back.
