Went to oil changers in woodland and Sammy was great. Nice guy and showed me how everything looked from the oil filter to the dip stick on how clean the oil looked. Totally give this guy 5 stars
The only thing experience I had is that it was fast. Too fast, the oil change dial wasn’t updated , had to turn around and come back to get corrected, the receipt said windshield wiper fluid was full, when in fact it was completely empty, I had to a the mechanic to fill up, ( total lie after the receipt said FULL) I noticed my cap was off, I I had to ago for the sticker to put on my car to remind myself of the next oil change, total incompetence. Never coming back
I had Gustavo check me in, and he explained everything very clearly. He laid out all of my options and gave helpful suggestions based on the type of car I have. He also checked on me frequently since it was a pretty hot day and continuously made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated the extra care and thoughtful service I received! On top of that, the team was extremely fast. They cleaned my windows, checked my tire pressure, changed my filter, and changed my oil in under 15 minutes!
