Extremely fast and efficient oil change. Also the staff were so personable down to earth I will definitely be back to the Yuba City location. They will also honor any coupons you find online while your waiting :)
Great customer service!
Came to this location for my first time, as I sat in my vehicle, behind another vehicle waiting, the young lady directed me to drive into the open area. Drove in but the young lady disappeared. As I sat waiting in my car to get more directions, a voice starts yelling at me under the car next to me.. the other members of team called him Bob, he was angry because I drove in and no one was here to direct me in but that wasn’t my fault, that employee disappeared after telling me. I brought my Kia in after the oil change light came on. I had only driven about 2000 miles since my last oil change. The manager, Bob helped me and explained to me that Kias start burning oil especially with my current mileage at 132 K miles and oil changes have to be done more frequently. Bob helped me and had his staff fill my oil without charging me. They were very quick and helpful! I am grateful for Bob and his staff’s help. I highly recommend this place! 😊
