Rudest manager ever. Got in line in the smallest parking lot that if someone gets behind you, you’re stuck. Unfortunately this is what happened. Long story short, we were in line for almost an hour waiting as 3 and 4 cars on the lanes flanking us were completed. Asked for a discount and the tech asked the manager who got loud saying we just needed to deal with it. I felt bad for the tech that he has to work with this guy. Treated me with respect, washed my front car window and even changed the tire pressure in all four tires while changing my oil. Felt like a 5+ star experience I was shocked to hear this is supposed to be standard at all Oil Changers. Yuba City Oil Changers did it best.
