Terrible Experience – I dropped my car off and after being quoted $30.00 ($40 for 20 pt oil change - $10 coupon) it ended up costing $53.00 due to made up filter surcharges ect. AND THEN the next day my drive way was covered in oil stains since the staff FORGOT TO TIGHTEN THE drain plug. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Always call the other Oil Can Henrys' and compare prices! – Always compare the Sammamish prices to the Renton and Issaquah prices! I called the Sammamish shop to get a quote on a transmission flush for my wife's Acura. They told me it took a special fluid and it would be $204.00. That seemed high to me so I called the Renton and Issaquah shops and they quoted me $119.00! That's almost double so I called Sammamish back and he explained that the others dont flush the torque converter and have lesser equip and that penzoil cost... read more

I really like these guys – I've used the Sammamish Oil Can Henry's almost exclusively since they've opened and have always been pleased with their service. Occasionally they will hire some new guy who is a little too enthusiastic about pushing extra added stuff, but those guys seem to not stick around too long, and then they are back to the professional, laid back, honest people that I have complete trust in. Maybe it's because I go out of my way to be friendly with them?

Stay away - con rip offs – rip off. I called to get a price for an oil change. Even when I was providing the oil and filter it is 38 bucks for a 4-wheel drive. I asked why the higher price for 4wd - "Due to the extra gear boxes"? WTF? Whether a car is a 2WD or 4WD makes no differnece in an ENGINE oil change. What a load of BS..

Try to get out of there with just getting an over priced oil change. – I will never go back. What a fun concept, you pull in for an oil change, you're given a paper to read while you wait in your car. Then they proceed to tell you that you need much more done than you actually do. When you say "no", they look at you like you're cheap. I guess because it's on the plateau they can get away with charging over $30 for an oil change.
