Took my car in for an oil change yesterday. The girl didn't know how to work the computer, I had to ask if they would check the tire pressure, then had to ask if they would check my various lights/turn signals, etc. I was told everything was fine. Today I'm told my left tail light is out. Upon leaving there yesterday I was shaking my head - had absolutely no confidence that anything was done properly. Took my sons truck in for oil change and service and watched as guy doing work on top was mre interested in gal next car over and over filled oil he checked it after running engine and didnt have them drain any took it back next day and the same guy tried to say it didnt happen ( I have no use for a liar) so manager drains it and apologized. Now I remove front tire to have flat repaired and see the didn't grease any fittings. Guy said he watched the tapes and ya he forget to grease it. What else didnt they check? Dont take y... read more
