Great food, super nice folks! We say outside with are dog
got the spicy garlic shoyumen. like a 3/10 for spicy on the latino scale. hits the spot for ramen, would go back to try something else. the noodles are really good and homemade i think. a little stingy with the toppings. pork belly was a little too fatty for me. very flavorful broth but was also a bit too salty. satisfying, but scores lower relative to other ramen i’ve tried.
Ramen was solid. My egg was cold but good. Chairs are style over comfort - the solid sides on the legs make it weird to fit your legs.
