Fantastic ramen!
Honestly, debated for a little while on making a this review since this place was recommended to me. Service was friendly from the staff, but the food was fine until I got home after realizing I got food poisoning. We arrived and planned on eating outside but the AC must’ve been out and was EXTREMELY hot and muggy inside. I opted out on eating indoors to just enjoy the summer breeze. went tonight and had a good meal but our server left the restaurant before we finished? other staff in the place was helpful but no one checked on our table after getting food until 2/5 people were done with their meals. had to ask for boxes and our bill. we sat inside and thought it had cool atmosphere with open windows and outdoor seating. we didn’t love the garlic chicken sambal appetizer for the price but everyone enjoyed their ramen and overall had a fine time.
Sorry !I don’t understand how a place of hot ramen has an internal temperature hot , it’s supposed to be cold to enjoy the soup in summer time but it was the other way around, I asked him to take away why eat so hot and at that temperature it’s uncomfortable
I ordered Mashed bun and Paitan Shio Wha-da-hac spicy ramen, and the portion was huge. I could only finish the half of it. Also, the ramen broth was fantastic. They give you the wha-da-hac on the side, so you can experience the broth without it and also control the spicy level. Great service, too. Highly recommend!
