Nearly missed multiple flights resulting in having to drive myself and wearing costs at airport parking. Will never use this company again.
In over 40 years of using taxis, I've experienced fantastic drivers, immaculate taxis and very professional driving. That was not the experience I had recently in an Ooii cab assigned to me at a taxi rank. The driver exceeded the speed limit throughout most of the trip, didn't have his photo id displayed and couldn't give me a receipt. Overall a terrible experience and a scary trip. Avoid if you can

Worst taxi experience ever. The driver was extremely unprofessional and the car smelled very bad, making the ride uncomfortable from start to finish. No basic hygiene, no professionalism, and no customer care. I would not recommend this driver to anyone.
Third class service rip off, deducted 94$ no drivers available, app ask for details and deducted 94$ in three transactions for no reason not even boarded flight, no drivers available, Rip off will never recommend anyone. Please give me my refund. I had to book DiDi after way better. Please refund. I will lodge a complaint against you guys in fair trading and asic so unfair. unjustified rip off.
