OIG is a terrible insurance company. They invented a reason—completely false—to deny my claim for a broken suspension part, suggesting that I caused the damage during an off-road RV trip outside of policy. That was a complete fabrication. I never left a public road. It was an excuse to collect hefty premiums and to not pay legitimate claims. OIG is what gives insurance a bad name.
