I saw Dr Thai a few years ago, roughly after lockdown had ended. Her approach to therapy was rather different compared to the therapists I have met and would leave me unsatisfied in every session. There was a time where I shared with her that I was unsure what I wanted to do in university and decided to take a gap year, but she got rather overly-concerned about it and contacted my parents to make sure I went to university.
