Great service. Never made me feel like an idiot because I have difficulty w modern tech
I got a hearing test and was fitted for IEMs by Holden, who was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. The whole procedure took just under an hour.
I've been going to SoundSource for several years. My hearing aids are state of the art, but what I appreciate most is Shelley's willingness to explain my difficulties and tinker to get the best programming for my particular needs. I wouldn't change providers. I look forward to advances in technology and working with the SoundSource staff to take as much advantage of them as possible.
Very thorough and helpful throughout my three year period visiting them. And always upbeat and fun, which is hard to do thinking about hearing devices!!
