Sound Source and Tessa are wonderful! She is crystal clear in explaining everything you need to know about hearing aids. She was very patient with my endless questions and helped enormously in explaining how hearing aids work, how to put them on and how to take care of them. She returns calls very quickly. She makes getting older less scary in so many ways!

I got a hearing test and was fitted for IEMs by Holden, who was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. The whole procedure took just under an hour.
