Literally the worst urgent care experience of my life, the medical assistant made changes to my chart without first speaking to me, and the phlebotomist who I requested remove the needle from my arm as she shoved it in down to the wing tips ripped it out as hard and fast as she possibly could, I left sobbing and seriously considering ending my own life as the level of gas lighting, abuse (physical mental and emotional), and mistreatment of the staff was worse then the actual condition I came in seeking treatment for, I would... read more
Apparently if you are in a care crash and need to get checked out you need insurance claim number, but if just a regular thing you can come in?? Total crap when needing immediate care.
Not sure why this place exists. I’ve had three different situations and none were resolved. Yet the other clinics handled them with no problem. The low rating is pretty accurate. I do not recommend going if you have a medical issue. This place is a waste of time and space.
