Always very helpful when my son and I have needed to see them.
Literally the worst urgent care experience of my life, the medical assistant made changes to my chart without first speaking to me, and the phlebotomist who I requested remove the needle from my arm as she shoved it in down to the wing tips ripped it out as hard and fast as she possibly could, I left sobbing and seriously considering ending my own life as the level of gas lighting, abuse (physical mental and emotional), and mistreatment of the staff was worse then the actual condition I came in seeking treatment for, I would... read more
Apparently if you are in a care crash and need to get checked out you need insurance claim number, but if just a regular thing you can come in?? Total crap when needing immediate care.
Not sure why this place exists. I’ve had three different situations and none were resolved. Yet the other clinics handled them with no problem. The low rating is pretty accurate. I do not recommend going if you have a medical issue. This place is a waste of time and space.
Google listing says open till 8 on Sunday but is not.called the number on the door and it takes .you to a call center where she said to go to door and someone would open for me and then she hung up. Next called the emergency number on the door and the gal who answered kind of chuckled and said on no Scappoose isn't open on Sundays. Not awesome when someone needs immediate care
